This agreement grants you a non-exclusive,
non-transferable right to use selected photographic
images. Your right to use the image(s) is subject
to, and governed by, the terms and conditions specified
herein.
All images constitute copyrighted works owned
by the Wisconsin Milk Marketing Board, Inc. (WMMB).
Copies of the images are provided solely for the
use in the creation and distribution of communications
that promote Wisconsin dairy products and/or Wisconsin's
dairy industry. These images are to be used in the
manner and spirit for which they were created. All
other rights are reserved and any other use, reproduction
or distribution of the images is strictly prohibited.
With regard to the use of the images, you agree
to:
